By downloading or using Daypush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Daypush is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of this app and is incorporated herein by reference.

Daypush offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
• Daypush Pro Monthly – billed monthly
• Daypush Pro Yearly – billed annually
And a one-time purchase:
• Daypush Pro Lifetime – one-time payment, no recurring charges
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use Daypush only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in Daypush are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Daypush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
